| "Where do I begin? Tom & Cathy Blight helped my wife and I relocate to Omaha and Tom helped us "de-locate" when we moved out in 2009. Tom got us a great deal on our house and then sold it close to asking price during the worst economic downturn in our lifetimes. As a purchasing agent, Tom saw us through a sticky closing involving a recently bancrupt builder; and, ensured that we got the house, kept our deposit, and retained our new home warranties. As the selling agent, Tom kept tabs on our house while we were out of town, including getting our mail, notifying us when our driveway needed to be plowed, the general shape of the property, etc. Tom also served as our POA so that I did not need to return to Omaha for our closing.
